Summary / Scope:
Stratis Group is an independent pharmaceutical consulting firm that specializes in commercialization throughout a brand’s lifecycle, our core passions include: market access, patient services, field reimbursement, and data-driven analytics.
We are looking for a highly skilled Field Reimbursement Commercial Operations Lead (Field-Based). This will be a contracted role, and the ideal candidate will be the connection between the Client and the Field Reimbursement Manager Team (FRM). This role will be cross-collaborative with internal stakeholders (Data, Analytics, Sales, Market Access) and other cross-functional stakeholders, as applicable, to drive successful deployment and oversight of the contracted Field Reimbursement Team.
You will be responsible for:
- This individual will have deep expertise in managing the day-to-day Key Performance Indicators to ensure the team is tracking to aligned objectives with the Client.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex data sets and provide summaries and quarterly reports and presentations that will be delivered to Executive Leadership.
- Liaise with the Client’s Data and Analytics team & Market Access Lead to improve and refine FRM Key Performance Indicators, as needed.
- Lead and manage all operational aspects to include FRM roster management, CRM management, dashboard reporting (support) and other access performance measures.
- Initial onboarding FRMs, expense tracking/reporting, coordinating training with Client, coordinating meetings on behalf of the Client and the FRM team.
- Acted as a trusted advisor and partner to the Client.
Desired Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Managed Care, Field Reimbursement, Patient Services, and/or Sales (Specialty or Biologics), or Field Operations.
- Solution oriented mindset, strong business acumen, & strong analytic capabilities.
- Experience and understanding of Retail & Specialty Pharmacies.
- Ability to do field rides, as needed, to monitor Compliance related activities.
- Understanding of Third-Party data sets (Symphony Health, Copay, etc.).
- Ability to deliver presentations via technology platforms such as Zoom, Webex, and/or Teams.
- Advanced knowledge of medical insurance terminology and payer policies.
- Knowledge of Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) policies and processes with expertise in Medicare (Part D for Pharmacy Benefit products).
- Track and monitor budget and contracts accordingly.
- Ability to manage ambiguity & problem solve.
- Prepare and submit appropriate expense reports in a timely fashion.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid Driver’s License.
